Help! My pre-sale code worked to get tickets for Wilkes-Barre but won't work for Pittsburgh. My friend's code continues to work for Pittsburgh, so I don't think it's that they're sold out, but I think it's a problem with my code. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Nella! Just to get it out of the way I'd like to make sure you read the ticketmaster disclaimer where your code is and that you're abiding by those policies. Here it is: "Below please find your unique Ticketmaster Pre-Sale code. This code is unique and assigned only to you for your personal use. You may use this code for pre-sales through Ticketmaster.com up to 20 tickets per tour, buying up to 4 tickets per show. This code only applies for Ticketmaster.com pre-sales and not pre-sales done directly through this site. Anyone found to be sharing their code or purchasing tickets for resale will lose their fan club privileges with no refund given and your Ticketmaster code will be invalidated for future use." If you're within these policies, the only other way we can fix this is for you to get in touch with ticketmaster customer support. We have no control over their system and the application of their codes. Sorry for your frustration! Basak MCN
