I placed an order yesterday before the website switched over and now under orders it says I have none!
I have an authorization out on my credit card for the tickets but the actual charge hasn't gone through yet.
Is this going to be a problem?????
I will email them and ask to have the unfilled orders/ presales for shows still in the future history moved over.
I bought presale tickets to at least 3 future shows and it shows I have none. I know they still have them and they just didn't make the switchover .... but I need to KNOW they're still there, I want a list!! :)
MCN just emailed me-the orders will not show back up on this website but presale tickets are in their system that were placed yesterday.
They said to just email them if you wanted your order history and it was still intact but the switch over didn't happen the same day the presale took place.
I wish someone would answer us....HELP!!!
