Same thing happened to Brad Paisley's website and he is MCN too

They said to just email them if you wanted your order history and it was still intact but the switch over didn't happen the same day the presale took place.

I wish someone would answer us....HELP!!!

My Presale Order is OK - just received an email

MCN just emailed me-the orders will not show back up on this website but presale tickets are in their system that were placed yesterday.

unfilled orders

I will email them and ask to have the unfilled orders/ presales for shows still in the future history moved over.

I bought presale tickets to at least 3 future shows and it shows I have none. I know they still have them and they just didn't make the switchover .... but I need to KNOW they're still there, I want a list!! :)

You can email support@musiccitynetworks.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can. For those of you who placed an order before the site switched over, those orders will not be viewable on the new site. We DO still have those orders. If you requested a meet and greet before the site switched over you will need to resubmit your request. We do apologize for this inconvenience. Again, please email us if you have any questions.
