I've been reading some other posts and noticed some people have had bad seats. Or problems at will call. Are you always supposed to go to Will Call box or go straight to the door with your credit card? I spoke to a representative months ago and they told me Will Call office will have the seats, but now I'm not sure? I'm really hoping we get good seats, since ticketmaster just released more and they're amazing seats!!! Anyone also know if there's a way of requesting seats/areas ?

Seats are assigned when purchased, in the order they are purchased (first order gets assigned to the best seats and so on). The seating assignments, however, are not disclosed until the actual day of the show.

Has anyone from this show heard about if they received the meet and greet? I'm going to the show in Kamloops a few days later and still have yet to hear anything. Wondering if maybe I just didn't get one or what :S
i got an email 2 days ago (tuesday) for the abbotsford show saying I was not picked :( so you should be receiving one soon hopefully! you can always email the people on the site and ask them.

If you purchased the tickets through the fan club presales seats are not assigned till the day of the show there is no way to request an area unless you have special needs.
If the venue said go to will call then you will go to will call the day of the show and they will have your tickets otherwise if it is paperless tickets then you'll need to get your credit card scanned at the door and you'll get a reciept with your seat info on it.
