I tried calling the venue and they will not refund tickets purchased through fan club. How do I get a refund?
Hi - I applied for and received my refund (less fees) quite awhile ago. Here is copy of the email I received. You can try emailing them at support@musiccitynetworks.com but as you can see from the email, there was a deadline to apply. Maybe you can resell them to someone wanting to go to the rescheduled Aldean show next week? Good luck
