After looking at some of the M&G photos, they look like they were taken fast & furious as Eric looks the same in all of the photos. It just makes me wonder if the artists don't really enjoy the M&Gs after doing them for so many years and it has become mundane and monotonous (which I can understand) but it's just something that is expected of them. The profile photos that most of you have with Eric, he looks happy and animated, but maybe they weren't taken recently. Just saying.....
In the article for rolling stone magazine they talked about how he doesn't like the fame aspect of everyone asking for pictures and autographs. He's not one that likes to do a lot of smiling and handshaking and greeting a lot of people.
Maybe back in the day when it was all new to him he didn't mind so much but now that it's gotten so big and out of control he just doesn't like that as much anymore. who knows BUT good or bad just be thankful you got to meet him multiple times while people (like me) who's been around for many many years following him has still not gotten that opportunity.
