Per the Ticketing and Meet & Greet FAQ, meet & greet passes are non-transferable. This is intended to refer to the person the pass is issued to, but I believe this also means they can not be transferred to another stop on the tour. I've not heard any other instances of the emails being sent out late. Was it directed to your SPAM folder or something?
