I image the web site has been bogged down because of the pressale. I've tried posting questions and sendning private messages. I even called TICKETMASTER and the guy told me he has never seen anythimg like this.
So - I am trying to buy 2 VIP PACKAGES...which I did. . Naturally, I thought assigned seats...FL 2 Row A seemed like was primo which is why I was willing to spend $200 a pop). Then I see GA PIT....meaning GeneralAdmission PIT seats. So which are better?? If I would have thought they were better I would have chose them. I am still elegible for 2 more and will gladly take my son. I am just very confused. I have bought many VIP PACKAGES in years past - but never did I have to fight a mosh pit to get good seats. I would have paid MORE for the tickets......I just don't really wnt to fight a bunch of people to get a decent view???
Can someone kindly explain??

The only way to solve this problem is what your preference for the show is. Personally, if I had the VIP package I would go with the reserved seats because if you had PIT seats you would more than likely get into the pit after most everyone else and have to fight for a good spot. On the other hand, with the reserved seat you can enjoy yourself at the VIP party and not have to worry about where you will be for the show. The reserved section on the floor should also be right behind the pit section and since you are Row A you should be the front row behind the PIT section. Those will still be great seats without having to fight with anyone for a good spot to watch the concert. I hope this helps you out.
