if you're watching GAC right now, Origins is the exact same thing as Stage Black; which for those who saw Stage Black is somewhat disappointing because other Origins I have seen were mainly about acoustic performances and little snippets of interviews with the artist. Oh well, im happy that all the other fans who were unable to attend get to see it. Sadly, they don't know it IS Stage Black. And im also glad I get to rewatch it! :)
strange i guess that would mean.the movie is done or will eric release a longer version.cause they did say this is a work in progress.....
I'm thinking there has to be a longer version because like you said they did say it was a work in progress. They cut out more than I had originally thought because I rewatched it today. I hope there will be a longer version.
once a tv station airs something,dont they own the rights to it? maybe there is a clause that lets mr church release it after they add more things to it....i guess will find out ...
My thoughts exactly...there has to be a longer version/different version. They did say it was a work in progress, they were also taping his performance at metallica's Orion and said they were hoping to include that as well....guess we'll see...

I attended and posted my review! I loved it. I will admit I was bummed on the announcement but it was actually really neat. The video was AWESOME! They talked to his family about him growing up and they talked about when he moved to Nashville. He talked about his struggles in industry and he reflected on how sometimes there would only be 5 people listening to him sing. It took a deep look into his career. They ended it with him performing Springsteen live and it was really neat bc we were in a small theatre and we were all singing along like we were actually at a show. It was an awesome experience. Afterwards he took questions from the crowd and suggestions. He is so down to earth and VERY VERY appreciative of his fans. AWESOME experience. I will attending his again over anyone else’s. As for releasing it, I don’t know. They said they are going to continue to add to the video. So hopefully it will be available for purchase sometime in the future.
