Thanks for the response; however, I've been a member since 12/02 and the code was not available to me until I contacted your website to activate it. When I clicked on it, I was prompted to join the fanclub, but I was already a member. I forwarded my receipt and explanation of my issues to your website - it took nearly 2 hours to correct.
I didnt need to use the ticket master code when I purchased the VIP package from the website.. Is this right??

Smitty: You're right, you don't necessarily need a code to participate in the presale. Some shows are ticketed completely without ticketmaster.
The VIP tickets go on sale (at least for some shows) prior to the public on-sale. I think today they went on sale at Noon CDT to the public.

For the Saginaw show (non VIP) I needed the code. Or I could purchase presale plus a membership, which I wasn't going to pay for the membership AGAIN since I already had one.
