When tix for the Columbus Ohio show ent on sale on the winter I was ready to go at the the time that they were ready, however, it asked me for my ticketmaster code which I had, and it kept saying that it was invalid. My membership at the time was up to date, so that was not the problem, I have since renewed my membership and I still have the same code. To avoid this happening again, and having to buy reg tix for the Pittsburgh show, do you have any suggestions. Is there a linnk on the site that you can email someone, that will actually answer. I have a feeling that the Pittsburgh tix will be going on sale very very shortly and would like to have this cleared up asap. Thanks for any input
A little late to address your concern but for future reference, website contact can be made by clicking on the MCN logo at the bottom of any page on the site. The logo is a letter "M" with a gear-like circle around it.
