Same Here. I have contacted Ticketmaster and they have told me I need to contact the Fan Club. Anyone know how to do that?

well this sucks my presale starts in like 5 minutes and i had everything ready was seeing these posts and now in my code area it says i have not been assigned one... this sucks i don't have time to mess with there mistakes i have reality to get back to... no tickets for me i guess... :(
If you look under the concert date it now says the presale starts at 11:00. I hope that is the reason!
Check your code -mine changed!
SAME HERE!!! PASSCODE NOT RECOGNIZED
they changed passwords an hour after the sale ..... Cincinnati is still pulling ga tickets, so your presale may still be as well ... Good luck!!!
I had trouble as well...seeing as how I was working, I didn't have a lot of time to figure it out, but some pretty fantastic girls helped me trouble-shoot...thank you girls ;)

I got a new code too!! Not sure when it happened coz when I went to work (late) it was one code - that didn't work - and now it's another code!!
