VIP tickets must be picked up at will call. At the Terre Haute show the box office opens up at 6:30pm. The Black Label Lounge is open from 6:30-8:00pm. This timeframe seems EXTREMELY narrow. You have to show your ID and credit card to pick up your tickets. So you're telling me the ticket office is going to ID and disperse 200 VIP tickets and get everyone in the Black Label Lounge in a reasonable amount of time? Oh yeah, don't forget to throw in the amount of time it takes for everyone to get all their t-shirts, posters, laminates, etc. Shouldn't the box office be open earlier??? Any comments would be appreciated!

You don't go to will call, you just go to where the VIP event is. They had a table with 2-3 people checking everyone in. I never saw a line of more than two deep the whole time. Process was easy, smooth and well handled.
Last night in Cape, the will call VIP tickets were at the vip entrance to be picked up as entering. And if its anything like cape, it is definitely not a fast process to get everyone in and all their stuff given to them. But, Eric didn't come in til 7:50pm and was out by 8:00pm. I was worried about missing it since we werent anywhere close to the front of the line, but we had PLENTY of time.

From what I understand about the Madison show, which I am guessing would be the same for everywhere is that you don't have to go to will call. You just go to the table and they give you the tickets and everything you need. You can contact CID entertainment and they should have all the info you need.
