Welcome to the brand new (and improved!) EricChurch.com. We're glad you're here and are starting to dig around the site and figure everything out. There are still a few things that we are finishing on the site, so if you see a few little goofy things here and there, don't worry - we're likely already working on them or they're on our list. I've read through the forums and looked at several of the questions and thought it would be easier to just put the answers here in one central place. So here ya go...

I placed an order for (pre-sale tickets, vinyl t-shirt, FC kit) on the old site, will my order still go through and where is my order history?

Yes, your order did go through and you will still be on the will call list day of the show. Since this new site is built on a new platform, your order history for anything purchased on the old site won't show up here. Don't worry though, we're still fulfililng all of those orders along with anything purchased on the new site.

I submitted a Meet and Greet request on the old site, did it transfer?

No, if you submitted a Meet and Greet request on the old site you will need to re-submit it here on the tour page of the new site. You will still be considered for a M&G when the random selection process for that date happens.

Did the points go away?

Yes, the old points system went away. They were leftover from the big Street Team mission we did through the old site when Carolina came out. They didn't have a purpose anymore, other than to show how awesome you guys are for getting so many points. And yes, you all are awesome. :)

Will the forum get easier to navigate?

Yes, we're tweaking and refinining and fixing a few of the user interface things to make it easier
I'm sure you all have other questions. You can ask them here and try to help each other out, or send an email to support@ericchurch.com if absolutely needed.
If you haven't already, make sure you fill out your profile, add a profile picture, and start uploading your photos, videos, blogs, comments, and status updates to the site. We just might have a giveaway or two for some of the most active users on the new site coming your way soon.
