Hi everyone,
It's my first time purchasing pre-sale tickets, especially with Eric Church, not through another website like Ticketmaster. I am attending the Feb 16th show in Ottawa (Kanata) Ontario and I'm just wondering how the tickets work. It says "will call" / reserved floor seats. I have read another entry on this forum saying we have to scan our credit card somewhere when we get to the show? I am very confused, can someone clear this up for me?
Thank you so much in advance,
Sophie
If your ticket is will call you'll be able to pick them up at the venue at the box office. The scanning of the credit card is for paperless tickets which means you wont get an actual ticket for the show they swip your card at the door and give you a reciept with your seat number and row and what not on it or GA depending what you bought.
Mostly all his shows are doing the paperless so you'll just have to ask the venue when you get there.
