Not sure if you saw it but there was a PH# given in a later post on page 2 now I think. If you still need it it's: 615-250-2130 fax: 615-324-3536. I got an email from MCN ticketing dept at 8:36pm that confirmed my tix were for Knoxville and would be at the Knoxville will-call. Made me feel better.
Are there any other numbers to call with questions about this? I would hate for us all to miss out on such a great concert
Hey! My knoxville receipt says Savannah too..hmm..but it also clearly says Knoxville..just the SKU is savannah..hmm..
Confused too, but there is no window called savannah. Savannah, GA is where Eric is the night b4 Knoxville. That's what worries me...that they send the tix to the Savannah willcall and not Knoxville. I called Thompson Boling Arena (TBA) and they can't help. TBA doesn't do the ticketing for the pre-sales. They are dropped off at TBA the day of the show, supposedly the responsibility of members of Eric's organization or the Church Choir. That is all I know.

The Norfolk link was taking me to another venue so I manually changed the URL to match what I thought it should be and it took me to the correct venue. Don't want to buy tickets to the wrong show!
