@EricChurchHQ keeps telling people to email stagebloc if they find better seats on the public sale date--does this mean we will be able to be reimbursed for the worse seats or something in that case? I appreciate the help by telling us to email but I'd like to know what emailing about that topic will do for us. I know everyone can't be reimbursed like that but I don't want to end up buying "bad" seats (there are no bad seats at an EC show!) during presale and then also get what i wanted and be stuck with both, expecting that they will bend over backwards for me. Shed some light on this please?
