Hey everyone! We thought we'd give you a heads up about a few things you may notice that are different about getting ahold of Minneapolis, MN tickets.
In an effort to cut down on scalping and provide you guys with the greatest number of tickets possible, we've changed up the way some tickets will be handled for this show.
Along with the fact that all Church Choir pre-sale tickets will be delivered by will call only, the tickets for four of the best sections in the lower bowl closest to the stage will be completely paperless, which means that they will be 100% non-transferrable and the credit card used to purchase the tickets as well as a photo ID will have to be present in order to enter the show. The entire floor section will be general admission standing space to give those ticket holders the opportunity to be in the front row. Additionally, every group will have to enter at the same time.

We want you to know that we're constantly watching out for you and take scalping very seriously. We're doing everything we can to make sure that you, as Eric's most supportive fans, have access to as many ticket options as possible. Thanks for being the best fans ever!

Just wanted to let you know it seems even with changes to the Minneapolis tickets - when trying to get presale tickets on Wednesday, it was too late to obtain any. I know the Eric Church team is working through those issues, so wanted to point it out. I just got my tickets through the general sale, and although they aren't as good,we are still excited to see Eric! Thanks!
Can you explain how this is a way for Ticketmaster to make more money? I'm not on the same page with you.
Am I the only one that see's this as a way for ticketmaster to make more money off us ????? Who are you Eric or anyone else to tell me what I can an cant do with a ticket after I buy it ??? There are already things in place to try and stop the super computers that pick up all the tickets maybe you show work harder on fixing that problem!!! No one if forcing anyone to go pay high prices on eBay or any of the other web sites. It is call a FREE MARKET, and yes Eric I playing in MN in the summer again at We Fest I will wait until then so I don't have to deal with ticket master at all. It is my hard earned money that I buy the ticket with and if I want to give it to someone or even resell it if I can go who are you to tell me that I have to use ticketmaster to resell it........ Open your eyes people

After reading this I went to ebay just to see how bad the scalping is and I couldn't believe it. One guy is selling two tickets in my exact row for $770 bucks while Stubhub has single tickets in my row for $450 each. It's really sad that these people are taking away an opportunity from real fans. I just hope now that this has gone paperless all the great seats around me for sale on these sites don't go empty. Thanks for caring about the true fans Eric!
