Thank YOU for your support on The Blood, Sweat & Beers Tour!

We wanted to take a moment to let you know that we appreciate all of your support for Eric! The shows on the upcoming Blood, Sweat & Beers Tour have been selling out quickly and we just wanted to say THANK YOU! While we are very excited about this, we understand that some of you may have run into some frustrations in your attempt to purchase Church Choir presale tickets, as they have been selling out quicker than ever before. If you have purchased a membership and were unable to get presale tickets, we wanted to remind you to feel free to take advantage of the rest of the benefits of being a Church Choir member such as meet & greet opportunities and more! Thanks again for the support!

Presale tickets unavaliable

It really stinks that im having such an issue with presale tickets...if there arent any avaliable they should let the fans know before we pay for a membership just for the ability to purchase presale tickets. Im trying to buy these tickets to suprise my boyfriend but presale is unavaliable...not cool.

So thrilled and can't wait for the Greenville show! Thankfully, had no issues with pre-sale code and got my VIP Package! Now.....fingers crossed that I get Meet & Greet!!

Pre-sale tickets

I'm not sure what the point of a pre-sale is if there are better tickets available today than what I ordered in the pre-sale more than a week ago. If anyone had an issue with the pre-sale, you may have actually gotten lucky...at least if you wanted a ticket to the Youngstown show.

Screw ticketmaster!

I went to the Cape Girardeau show. Sold out and crazy Eric and brantley put on an awesome show. I missed half of brantley because I was in line to get a beer. Stood in line for over 30 minutes then they limit you to two beers... Come on now! While in line I was talking to a guy wo bought tickets through ticketmaster and didn't order his tickets until the day the tickets went on sale(not presale) after he got home from work that day about 5:30.
I on the other hand, buy a church choir membership, take off work exclusively to sit in front of my computer, and at the very moment that the "PRESALE" opens feverishly click away.
Well it turns out that when I came back to my seat (floor row H) with my two warm beers the guy I was talking to in line was sitting exactly five seats to the right of me. What the hell?
I was looking forward to going to another one of his shows to take advantage of my church choir membership. Now I'm not so sure if its worth it.

limit of four tickets

My husband and i are middle aged and my children are in their late 20's. Were all huge fans of your's and have seen you together 2 other times. i purchased tickets for all of us for the Topeka,Kansas show and the tickets came in the mail this week. i received a duplicate ticket so called ticketmaster to see why. I'm told by their representive that only four of the tickets are valid. the rest are void. Why on earth would they allow all of us to drive 3 hours to see Eric just to find out our tickets were no good. If I hadn't called to ask about the ticket we all would have driven there and not understood why we couldn't see him. Not all people are buying tickets to resale. some of us just love Eric and want to experience his show as a family.
I truley hope Eric gets wind of this message. He needs to know that if we can only purchase four tickets four his show then make sure ticketmaster doesn't allow people to purchase additional tickets and mail them out to you just to show up and not be able to go in and enjoy the show.
Disapointed!
