So who all is going to the NYC album release show? I know there were a couple of threads about this on the old website but those are obviously now gone... I just bought my plane ticket tonight and am really getting excited about traveling and seeing the Eric and hearing some new music!
I was unable to buy tickets when they went on sale because of previous obligations at the same time. Those plans fell through, so this past Thursday I got a wild hare, after a bit of Weller, and bought tickets (a bit more expensive ones), bought plane ticket, got hotel in NYC. Leave the house at 4am Tuesday, fly back to Texas on Wednesday.
I don't even like NYC... but I think this album is going to rock. My wife and friend got tickets to his Church Choir deal at CMA this year where he previewed the album.
Money well spent!
