If it's the membership package you bought with the CD + Tshirt, then as the others said, I believe it will be shipped on the 26th. If you ordered anything else, then I would give them a few weeks and contact them if you haven't received anything.
I've ordered a few things and although shipping is always a bit slow, I got everything..and I'm from Australia...so never had any issue.
I found this in their FAQ section, you may wanna contact them with your order# and check on it if you are worried.
