Eric rocks my world

Ok... so I have never had a chance to meet Eric in person or seen any of his live shows, so I am extremely jealous of everyone who has had that chance... but I know I will, one day and it will be worth the wait :) His songs and his musc has seen me through my highest and my lowest of days and always managed to make me smile.

So I am from the beautiful land downunder, yep...also known as Australia...long way but that's what so cool about it all. I got introduced to Eric's music when a close friend of mine saw him live in Canada with Brad Paisley. He went to see Brad and came back hooked on Eric! that's the power of the Chief alright! So..he was hooked and he got me hooked! I have always loved Country Music but there is something about Eric's songs and music that just draws me in like no other. He is such an amazing songwriter...I mean "One means none and we're home free, two means three and a diamond ring!"....that is genius work. And on top of that...I think his voice is very sexy, I love his charmful twang :) I really admire Eric as an artist and how no matter what others think, he stands up for what he believes in...and he stays true to his passion and his music. Everything is so commercialized nowadays that this quality is a rarefind these days...and this is something I truely respect. Some of his songs are the story of my life and I can so relate to them... I can't wait to get my hands on "Chief"...everything I have heard so far exceeded my expectations...I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas!!

The coolest thing about it all is that I have made new friends and I have converted so many of my friends and family into Eric Church's fans and that's just by sharing his music with them and nothing else....I let his songs and music do their magic. His unique name always draws attention too, people always ask me who "Eric Church" is when they see the sticker on my car or my church choir tshirt or his pic on my laptop at work...or hear his music in my car and once they start, they can't shut me up lol...

So...one day (hopefully sooner than later), I know I will get to see him live and my experience will be complete! But until then, I will keep working hard at spreading his music around here.... And to my special friend G, I am eternally grateful to you for sharing your love for Eric's music with me because it changed my life. And thank you Eric for being who you are, for making such great music, for sharing it with us and for rocking my world :)
