I paid for a digital download and after 20min it said download complete. The zip file will not open and it says it is corrupted or not there. It said in the email you could download it again by going to your account. I can't find anywhere to download the file again. Has anyone else had this problem ?
I have downloaded 4 times on two different computers. It will only download 49mb out of 94mb. Then it just says the file is corrupted or invalid. I am going to find a phone number tomorrow. I don't know what else to do I'm PISSED
