On July 7th in Toronto Ontario, Eric Church opened for Brad Paisley. His stage presents and music won me over. On one hand there is seemingly sweet romatic Brad Paisley, and on my other hand is Eric Church with some bad ass country music. I bought "Chief" less than 2 weeks ago, and it's a wonder it's not worn out. Excellent! I have ordered "Carolina" and hope it's as good. Just Smoke a Little Smoke. Takes me back to my 20's. Saw Eric's interview with Casey on CMT from the Cavendish PEI music fest. Congrads. to Eric and his wife on a baby coming. Could you see him or her with minature sun glasses and cap? Hope Eric comes back to Ontario real soon!
"Carolina" is just as good, but it's a completely different sound and feel than "Chief" - same with "Sinners Like Me". None of them will disappoint you, for sure...but be prepared.
