Had that happen with Maroon 5 tickets. Was not happy and ended up with seats I wasn't happy with when tickets did go on sale to the public. Ticketmaster is a scam at times!
Joining the fan clubs is a scam! I joined Kenny's club so I could use the presale and within seconds I could not get 2, best available, any price tickets! Now I'm going through the same thing with Eric's fan club. Now I've wasted $40 on fan clubs and don't have any tickets! Guess I'll try again through a ticket agent when the "regular" sale starts!!!
