I'm just curious to know why Eric is still using this company who seems to not make his fans very happy and doesn't care if they get there stuff or the stuff they ordered. They have poor customer service skills and about the t-shirt thing if they knew it was an error and there name is attached to it why would they not want to do right and fix them. I just hope Eric realizes how awful this company is and goes through someone else.
Yeah well I'm still pissed that the shirt was not shipped the way it was originally advertised. Skull logo was supposed to be on back.... not front. Contacted Merchmo and was told it was a production error but thats how it would remain. Told them to send me image files and I'd go get the shirt printed the way I wanted it, they basically told me to go screw myself.
YAY glad you finally got it!!! There service did suck and i wont be ordering through them again and i will advise every person who asks me to do the same. The girl jessica was no help at all. Going to the store is so much easier than dealing with poor customer service reps
The only email I ever received when questioning where my order was asking why I hadn't received it yet and if my address was correct. YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. That's all I have to say. I hope Eric gets a new company to deal with. I love him but I hate them. Really unfortunate.
