Our online store will be down for maintenance on Wednesday, July 30th at Midnight CST until Monday, August 4th at 9am CST. We are going through some changes with our merchandise shipping and fulfillment and we think the Choir will benefit greatly from what we have in the works.
Over the past few months many of you have had problems with your orders. Until now, our fulfillment was handled by an outside company but starting next week we are bringing it in house. Eric Church staff will be fulfilling and shipping your items as well as responding to you customer support requests directly.
We think this will be a much better experience and alleviate any problems you were having with orders.
Additionally, the customer support email for problems with merchandise orders will be changing to "email@example.com"
