I would recommend calling the Wolstein directly as they have no door policy posted online or posted time for the Blood Sweat & Beers tour. Have fun at the show!
I have an extra VIP ticket if anyone wants to buy it. (sigh)
I bought 7 of the VIP passes and one of my friends bailed... so I have an extra but they are all will call so I obviously don't have it yet - I'll sell it to you! haha
I think for will call you just need to have a photo ID and the credit card you used to pay for the tickets.
I didn't know there's a VIP pass! How can we get that? It is probably too late. Also, what do we do about getting our tickets? Do we have to bring our receipt?

We hope you are getting as excited as we are for the Eric Church “Put a Drink In YOUR Hand” VIP package at The Wolstein Center in Cleveland, OH on Friday, February 24, 2012. This email contains important information about your package.
The CID Entertainment VIP Check-In table will be open at 6:30pm at the Medical Mutual Gate which is located at the corner of Prospect Avenue and East 18th Streeet. Please enter through the far right doors. Here you will receive your tickets, wristbands, t-shirts, posters, and laminates as well as directions to the Pre-Show party.
The Pre-Show Party will be held in The Black Label Lounge from 6:30pm - 8:00 pm which is located in Backstage Cafe at the venue. The party will start at 6:30pm with hand selected catering and a cash bar. During the party please enjoy the music from Eric Church's iPod. At about 7:00, Eric Church will join us for an intimate, exclusive acoustic performance . Afterward, we will have a last call, and you will have plenty of time to get to your seats to see the whole Brantley Gilbert show.

The specific times for the VIP experience may vary from city to city...this is why it appears to be a mystery to you. The details are sent out about 1 week before the show as to what time and where you need to report that day.
The actual 2-song acoustic set has typically began a little bit before, or around the time Brantley Gilbert comes on. VIP ticket holders from previous cities have been told Eric is scheduled to play the acoustic set around 1950 (Brantley starts at 2000 if on schedule). Like myself, Eric is frequently late so don't expect everything to kick off on time with military precision.

You have to go to the Wolstein center box office page to buy tickets. Not sure the exact website page. Ticketmaster isn't handling this concert. Just google wolstein center boxoffice...I bought my ticket tonight.
