I was at the Charlotte show and our photos still haven't been posted. Customer service says they're "having uploading issues"... But why have other shows had theirs posted already? Very annoyed!!

Went to the Charlotte show last night and it went smoothly. The way they had it there you had to have id and credit card used to purchase and they run your card through a machine and it prints your tickets out right there. Awesome show best I have ever seen. Will be in Columbia tomorrow too

Okay, so I got my presale tix... GA Pit... Pick up at Will Call. Is it really that easy?
I have been to many concerts at this arena and they usually have there doors open pretty early. The will call office is straight inside and down a few stairs but you can see it when you walk it. They have security standing at the stairs so you cant go all the way into the venue. They will probably let people in to go to their seats a hour before it starts.
I requested floor seating in the comment box on the purchasing page. I don't know if that will work but at least I tried.
Was there a way to have requested being seated in the reserved decks instead of on the floor? I've already bought my tickets and they were not for the pit, but I would much rather be in the decks than on the floor.
When will the concert start? When will they let people in the arena?

I didn't get GA PIT tickets. I paid for reserved seating. I would love for PIT by my hubby doesn't do PIT and I am happy as long as I am there. I have seen him 3 times before and excited to see his headlining tour. I asked that I be on floor reserved seating. So we shall see. My hubs and I also requested meet and greet so I didn't want to loose my spot if we get a chance to go back. Fingers crossed. Met him at his fan club party and he was soooo freaking nice.

So it goes on sale at 11 our time bc the message below the time zone selection states that whatever time zone you select your times on the site will reflect your time zone. Make sense? So we are able to buy tickets at 11am.
