Found out that the VIP stuff takes place during the opening performances, which means not only do you miss the opening shows but then you get a crapy spot for the actual show. Very disappointed that ill be spending an extra $300 between two tickets for a few souvenirs. And then have to miss the acoustic show just so I can get a decent spot for the actual show. Never again will I purchase a VIP package. I'm a fan club member because Eric Church is my favorite artist of all time and I want to have great seats when he comes into my area. Very much considering not renewing my fan club membership.

What time do we need to be at the venue for the VIP festivities?
My mom bought tickets through ericchurch.com with her credit card as a gift. She will not be attending the show, and she lives 4 hours away. Because of the way will call is set up is there a way around her having to frive 4 hours just to show her ID and get the tickets for me to be able to attend the show?

There are emails sent out stating whether your request for a meet & greet was either accepted or denied several days before the show. You can also hover over your name on the top right of the home page when logged in, and click "Meet & Greets" to see the status of your requests.

I have requested a meet & greet for the show in Green Bay, WI on Oct, 11. My status now shows the date of Dec 31, 1969. Where did this date come from and am I still submitted for the Oct 11, 2012 show?
Seating assignments are not announced until the moment tickets are picked up at will-call. The allotted tickets for the Church Choir presales, however, are selected of the best seats in the house so you are assured a great view and a great time!
Since we don't get the tickets until the day of the show, is it possible to find out the seats we purchased? I'd like to know where I'm going to be sitting.
I also ordered 4 tickets GA pit but I didnt receive any paper receipt or actual tickets. I read that the Will Call at the show meant that I couldnt pick up the tickets until the day of the show with proof of ID and the credit card that I purchased the tickets with....I tend to think worst case scenario and arriving to the Will Call desk and telling me that they have no tickets for me..Are we supposed to get any kind of paper copy of the tickets or at least a paper receipt showing that I purchased the tickets?
