For Eric Church,
I recently packed up everything I had and moved to California for my fiancé about a year ago. We met in college at Cal State Bakersfield, and got engaged a couple years later right after I was released from the Texas Rangers. I had to settle for a corporate America job so I could take care of her and get her father off my back. The job ended up overwhelming me and kicking my ass. I ended up losing all sense of reality and most importantly the woman of my dreams. We split up and she moved out of our place about a month ago including taking our dog. Everything in my life has been plain shit since she has been gone. Her name is Kasie Marie Muro and she is from a small town called Tehachapi, California in the Sierra Nevada Mtns. She is the definition of a country girl. She loves everything America, will take a dip with the guys, and not leave home without her cowboy boots on. Every good country song about that amazing country woman I am 100% positive is based off her. She has been one of your biggest fans long before you became the #1 chart topping superstar you are now. I remember vividly how upset she was with me when we began going out that I did not know who you were at the time. I told her I grew up on George from my dad, and well he and Alan put it best there was Murder on Music Row. Not everyone but country music as a whole. Anyway the reason I am writing to you Mr. Church is that I want to do something huge for her because the little things she don’t want to hear right now. I hate asking for favors and can be way to stubborn like her, but I need some help this time. I would do anything to get her back in my life because mine has fallen apart without her. As Garth would put it I am basically shameless at this point. She saw you perform in Paso Robles, Ca last night, but if there was anything you could do to arrange a meeting with her or get some VIP Passes at a different show I would owe you everything to just know I made her happy at least one more time. I don’t have a ton of money, but I will fly her to you, pay for the tickets or whatever if you would promise to genuinely meet her for me. You would have to promise though not to immediately fall in love with her like I did. I know you will be back in LA/Bakersfield in November, but I fear that will be way too late. Anyway thanks for the consideration, if this even makes it to you and please if you could help a desperate man out.
The show at Guthrie Center was the first concert I ever attended that I didn't see anyone... not the headliner, not the openers... NOBODY. Why? Because whoever set up the venue put the stage in a hole so that the only people who could see the stage where either in the "hole" or in the grandstand about 200 yards away. Looked to me like 2/3 of the people were between these two areas and unable to see the stage, except for the lights. Needless to say I was very disappointed. How the grounds were set up may not have been the fault of Eric Church and his crew, but the fact that there was about an hour of dead space between Chris Cagle and Eric Church probably was and this was the other thing that really disappointed me. I've got better things to do than sit around and wait. I paid to see a show, and instead had to wait and wait and wait some more just to hear it. Should've just bought a CD.
The River Ruckus concert was fantastic last night! Awesome job Eric! Awesome job to the crew for soaking us. I regret missing when I threw back one of the water balloons ha ha! I'll get you crew men next time! I'm so glad I got free tix otherwise, I never would have been able to afford to go. It would have been awesome to be a stage photographer last night, I could've got some great shots. I think I got some fairly good ones from the ground but still. Anyhow you kicked butt and I hope you come back near this part of Iowa again someday!

I was really hoping there would bee a meet and greet at this show. My fiance is a huge Eric Church fan and I wanted to surprise him with a meet and greet pass. I am bummed now that I cannot get a meet and greet pass for my fiance. I was just wondering if you would re-consider and allow a meet and greet for this show?
Thank you,
