I have been to many concerts but this show was by far the best I've ever experienced!!!! Each artist rocked the stage and I have to say our Huntington crowd rocked just as hard!!! I hope y'all come back to WV real soon!!!! Meet n greet or VIP is my next stop!!!
The nightmare continued. I had to stand outside the arena (as well as hundreds of other parents) for over an hour so my son could get in the concert. Cool way to spend a Saturday night! Then I see people with actual tickets!! Are you kidding me!!! There was a lot of confusion in the crowd about the paperless tickets. Terrible idea!!!
They are a nightmare!!! They need to come up with something better than this. I, for one, will NEVER do this again!
The time is approaching ladies and jets! Can't wait for this concert it's gonna rock! Do have to agree the paperless tickets suck, but they do keep the tickets out of 3rd parties hands hiking up the prices. Still really suck though!!!!!!
Love EC but this is ridiculous! I bought tickets for my son for this concert online through ticketmaster. Then I find out that I have to go to the box office and show my id and credit card so he can get in!! Seriously!! Ticketmaster says that I can't put my sons name on the tickets, geez!!! This will be really cool for an 18 yr old!!

To the lady complaining about not being about to pay with cash for floor seat..are the tickets you bought legit paper tickets? Or does anyone else have legit paper tickets? They are trying to say they are all paperless, but i won mine from TheDawg so i dont see how that would work without being paper..?
Im a big fan so I really hate to have to be posting a comment complaining but here goes. I recently lost my debit card so I took cash to buy my tickets today. When I got to ticketmaster I was informed that I couldnt buy floor seats without a credit card. My husband goes on a camping/hunting trip every year for the first weekend of deer season. I called him and he tried to buy the tickets over the phone which ticketmaster said wasnt possible. So even though he was already an hour away he came back to town to buy the tickets, but by the time he got here all off the floor seats were sold out. Needless to say Im not to happy about it. I don't understand why I wasnt able to buy our tickets with cash, if I would have been able to I would have the floor seats that I wanted.
Couldn't be more excited about this concert! My 1st Eric Chruch concert, my 1st concert with my boyfriend and its on my birthday! No better present than that! <3

I tried to purchase tickets today and it says that there are none available...how does this happen? I am a teacher and could not try to order until after I got out of school today.
I think that they just had to put certain numbers on tickets because they had a max number they could fit on the floor. Mine said GA0
from what I saw the whole floor is ga. Mine said ga2? not for sure if its blocked off in sections or what....
