Last night's show was incredible!! I'm already excited for his next tour :)
The opening act will play about 30 minutes, Brandley Gilbert will play close to an hour, and Eric's band will play for almost 2 hours. See the following thread from the TOUR section of the forum for more information.
What time wil the concert be over? I have tried to look it up and no one seems to know.
So upset, I forgot to apply for meet and greet...
The show may be sold out with the exception of single tickets. That is all I was able to find upon a few quick searches. Sorry!
I can't get tickets, keeps saying something about not being able to reserve them at that price. Concert isn't sold out, right?
Tickets are still available for this show. However, the only GA tickets currently available are through the VIP package.

Why am I unable to purchase tickets to the show I have been trying since Friday at 10. But there is absolutely no where for me to purchase tickets. Please help.
Is the concert sold out? There is no where for me to purchase tickets...

Any applicable service fees should have been made known at the time of purchase. If there were no fees present, then they were probably included in the ticket or there were no fees for this show to begin with.
Just bought my tickets!! SO excited. It took me forever though because the site was taking so long. But anyways! When are we charged the extra service fee? Is it when we pick up the tickets from will call?

Is there anything else I need to be ready to purchase tickets at presale time? I am signed in to my church choir account, worried that I am missing a code or something...don't want to miss out!

If you go to this page right here (The Lowell tour page) at the specified time, it will tell you if you need to go to ticketmaster.com & use your unique code, or if you purchase your preordered tickets right here on the site. This information should also be available ahead of time (probably emailed out and posted in the news section of the website) at least 1 day prior to the presale.
