Print the email that you got to confirm order and picture ID. I printed the email titled "your order at Eric Church" which has my billing adress total tickets, price, section, etc! IF you got a M&G print that email too as stated in the email!
so do you know what they will require from us, Credit Card I assume, but is there a confirmation email that we are to be bringing with us? thanks for the info :)
I talked with a rep from capitaltickets and she said that tickets can be picked up throughout the day since box office opens at 10am. Same thing with M&G passes
Getting super frustrated. I called Scotiabank Place and they said we should receive an email from eric church's fan club regarding pick up times for tickets.

Its either in the pit or reserved flooring! You wont know until the exact day exactly where but they will be excellent seats.
