Got an email from Jaymie at customer service for Music City Networks that handle the website - It said . . . "camera malfunction, so sorry, will give you an automatic M&G pass for any future date as long as they have two weeks advance notice -
This is the answer I received from Jaymie at tickets@merchmo.uservoice.com this morning:
Unfortunately, we just received word from management that the camera that was used to take the photos at the Pikeville show malfunctioned and all of the meet and greet photos were lost. For this vast disappointment and to express our deepest apologies we are offering you another meet and greet to a show of your choice. Please let us know which show you will be attending at least two weeks in advance, and we will make sure that your name is added to the meet and greet list for that show. Sorry again for the inconvenience. Let me know if you have any additional questions! Have a great day!
