The tour dates on this page states the concert is 11/16..however Ticketmaster says 11/17..is the 17th correct?

I have tried several different ways to request Meet & Greet passes but it keeps kicking me out?!?! I'm a member of the choir, paid my dues, and am running out of time. My little girl just celebrated her 18th bday and I want to do this for her sooooo bad. Any help would be appreciated. :)
