I cant wait til the concert " got pit tickets"! and would be super excited if I got pic for meet and greet! he is my favorite country male artist @ and has been when he first started out. I'm super stoked that he's actually coming to my town!!! woo hoo!!

I have been waiting and waiting for an email to say Wichita tickets were on sale because I am a fan club member. Never got an email and they have been on sale for 10 days??? NOT HAPPY.

Per the Ticketing and Meet & Greet FAQ page, meet & greet notifications are emailed out stating whether your request for a meet & greet was accepted or denied several days before the show. You can also hover over your name on the top right of the home page when logged in, and click "Meet & Greets" to see the status of your requests.
In my own experience, these email notifications are most commonly sent out the Monday afternoon or Tuesday prior to the show.

thanks for the heads up! I got on and was able to purchase 3 seats in section 118 6th row, so I will just have to sell my floor seats because these are so much better!

I logged in right at 10am and got GA seats....I'm extrmeley excited, having waited months for these to go on sale. I think the fan club is awesome and have received excellent customer service when I have had any questions...thank you! : )

I dunno if you all know this but they released more pit tickets for members... I was just on and could buy 4.... Just letting you all know..
My main problem was they should have sent an email telling the fan club members when the pre-sale was going to be, instead of just sending one when it started. Most people don't camp out on their computers with their email up all day. Then, when I actually knew the pre-sale had started, the code didn'twork, my own personal code I was told by the website was the code to use. It took an hour more for them to tell me they were in fact wrong and my code was worthless. There was pathetic communication which caused me to get crappy seats. I paid for the fan club membership in order to get first jump on seats and that didn't happen. I am just disapponted. I tried to get some today and the website was overloaded and couldnt get on the site for an hour, and by then all that was left was nosebleed. The system just stinks.

I logged on yesterday during the fan club presale at like 1230 and got awsome seats, NON Floor, I got section 102!! I dont know why everyone had to blame others.. You do realize during the presale only a SELECT FEW tickets are released?? No all. Try again friday.
I too didn't know the presale started until I looked at my email at noon, 4 hours later. All I was able to get was floor, and my fanclub code was invalid, it wasn't until 1:00 pm that I was actually able to purchase my ticket as they didn't tell you there was a different pre-sale code than your fan club code.
I had to email them several times before finding this out. I'm sure I could have got WAY better tickets if they had given an advance notice when they were to go on sale and the proper code.
Also, I was only able to get floor seats, which I did not want, there was never an option to buy seats in the bowl and the pit tickets were sold out almost immediately. I hate buying concert tickets.....seems like you get screwed no matter how you go about it, and never end up with decent tickets.
Tried to get on the INTRUST pre-sale this morning to see if I could buy better ones and sell my others, but the website had too much traffic and it wasn't until 20 minutes into the sale I could even buy them and all they had was nosebleed. So disapointing.
If you want pit you can either wait and risk ur chances with the public.... or you can go to http://www.ticketsforcharity.com and get them there.. they are 82.50 each but the money goes to charity.. hope this helps
