I signed up yesterday and it took about 10 mins or so for the code to pop up. Try logging out and then logging back in. That's what I did. I just purchased tickets to the Feb. 16th show in Greenville, SC.

You can access your Ticketmaster code by putting your mouse over your username in the upper righthand corner of the page and clicking on "Ticketmaster Code" in the dropdown menu.
