Paperless tickets will NOT be picked up. You must bring the credit card you used to purchase the tickets along with matching government-issued photo identification. The credit card will be scanned at the gate and a receipt will be printed with your seating assignment on it. ALL members of your party must enter together. There are no exceptions. (Party meaning ticket holders whose tickets are on the same order). If you purchased will-call tickets, these can be picked up Friday no later than 1 hour before the doors open. Have fun at the show!!
